Deposits and Payment at Heather Downs Country Club of Toledo, Ohio

To secure a date a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit will be the same price as the room rent. All deposits will be applied to the final invoice for your function. Final payment is due seven (7) days prior to your event. In accordance with Ohio State Law, tax-exempt organizations must provide a Blanket Certification of Exemption before the event.

A twenty percent service charge will be applied to all food and beverage purchases. All charges, including food, beverages, rentals and service, are applicable to Ohio State Sales Tax (6.75%)
