Room Rental & Arrangement at Heather Downs Country Club
of Toledo, Ohio

The full facility at Heather Downs Country Club of Toledo, Ohio can seat over three hundred people. As with any facility, actual seating can vary depending on your need for buffets, gift tables or other particulars in your room set up. Our room rentals are normally for a period of five hours; there will be a fee of $350 for anyone exceeding this limit.

The Millie Benson Room 
Seats up to 40 people

The Moffitt Room
Seats up to 40 people
$100

The Dining Room
Seats up to 150 people
$250

The Ballroom
Seats up to 90 people
$250

*To rent all areas listed - $500

Normal set up of the room you are using is included in our rental fee. Special floor plans must be finalized with Heather Downs Country Club two weeks prior to the function. Situations requiring extra furniture or an unusual set up will incur additional charges. We reserve the right to change the final table placement pending the final guest guarantee. White table clothes, white napkins, china, flatware and glasses are all included.

Arrangements can be made for you to install table decorations in the room your function will occupy. The management of Heather Downs Country Club must approve all decorations. You or your representatives are responsible to setting up all decorations.

We have equipment that can be rented the day of your event: TV/VCR combinations. Screen, high speed DSL, & microphone. Please ask coordinator for details and pricing.
